About this Role
- We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented professional to partner with our People & Culture leads, to help drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of our people
- Reporting to the Head of Rewards, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing a consistent rewards and compensation philosophy in line with Circles' work culture and organisational objectives
- S/ he will be expected to deliver everything related (but not limited to): salary benchmarking and proposal, compensation analysis, annual increment and bonus, long and short term incentives, and job gradings
- This is a group-level role based in Singapore
What you will do
- Participate in the design and development of Total Rewards & Wellbeing programs and ensure alignment to Company's vision and business goals.
- Participate in job architecture design, total compensation & benefits market benchmarking analysis and review and sales incentive design, implementation and management.
- Participate in the implementation and management of the Employee Stock Options Program (ESOP) within Circles
- Manage payroll vendors and process payroll in key entities to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner and within deadlines
- Support the Compensation & Benefits Committee by assisting with research and analysis of pay and benefits data to help ensure fairness and market competitiveness
What we are looking for
- 5+ years relevant experience with strong background in Compensation & Benefits, ideally with regional exposure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrable understanding in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive planning, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay
- Possess strong business acumen and proactively consider issues from different perspectives and has a keen interest in working on regional and global projects.
- Displays agility and resourcefulness to be able to provide support across different HR functions
