The Marketing Executive will propose and implement marketing strategies and campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts, and oversee social media and event planning. This role requires a creative and organised individual who can work collaboratively with agencies and internal teams to bring our marketing vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Conceptualize and implement bold, results-driven marketing strategies and campaigns—with room for creative freedom, subject to management alignment.
- Social Media Leadership:
Own and elevate our social media presence—developing engaging content, planning campaigns, and driving community interaction across platforms.
- Agency Collaboration:
Work with external partners and agencies on branding, SEO, SEM, PPC, and integrated campaigns to boost visibility and growth.
- Event & Activation Planning:
Plan and execute exciting events, collaborations, and seasonal activations that amplify brand engagement and footfall.
- Media & Influencer Relations:
Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, tastemakers, and influencers to generate buzz and organic brand exposure.
- Website & Content Management:
Keep our website fresh, on-brand, and user-friendly with timely updates, engaging copy, and strategic content placement.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and evaluate marketing KPIs to optimize campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
- Creative Asset Production:
Oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials—menus, tent cards, posters—and coordinate photo/video shoots to bring campaigns to life.
- Brand Stewardship:
Ensure consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all touchpoints, from digital to print to on-ground activations.
- Public Relations & Outreach:
Develop PR strategies, craft press releases, and manage public-facing brand moments with confidence and flair.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships:
Seek out and manage cross-brand collaborations and sponsorships that align with our values and expand our reach.
- Customer Engagement:
Design loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives that create memorable customer experiences and repeat visits.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced, lifestyle-driven industries (e.g., F&B, nightlife, events, entertainment).
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
- A sharp eye for design, copy, and content trends.
- Ability to think outside the box and propose daring, unconventional ideas.
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative teams.
- Passionate about branding, storytelling, and creating standout experiences.
