The Story Behind is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, video production. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for writing, directing, filming, editing, and producing engaging short-form videos and podcasts that align with our brand's vision and resonate with our audience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create content and script for social media micro drama
- Film and edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce and edit engaging episodes, ensuring high audio and video quality.
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard content ideas that align with brand and messaging.
- Set up, operate, and manage video and audio recording equipment.
- Optimize content for various social media and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with trends and best practices in content creation.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and audio style.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in writing, directing filming, editing, and producing short-form videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with audio editing tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Familiarity with YouTube content creation and podcasting trends is a plus.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
