RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for passionate and creative individuals to join the Customer Group Growth team as Content Producers. Whether you're a fresh graduate or early in your content career, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic, social media-driven environment that creates content for young and engaged audiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and produce video content for social media platforms that is timely, trend-aware and aligned with brand tone
- Collaborate with internal creatives and freelancers to bring ideas to life
- Familiar with social media gear for video production, including lighting and sound equipment if necessary
- Edit content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut
- Repurpose content into various digital formats (e.g., short-form videos, memes, GIFs, galleries)
- Contribute creative production techniques and fresh ideas during content planning
- Stay up to date with trends on social media, content formats, and audience preferences
- Manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- No minimum experience required just a strong creative mindset, social media savvy and a willingness to learn
- A fresh graduate or early-career talent with relevant projects, internships, or freelance experience
- A creative storyteller with a strong eye for visuals, editing, or design
- Familiar with digital content tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other relevant platforms
- Up to date with digital and social media trends
- Organized, collaborative, and proactive in sharing ideas
