- Report to Incharge
- Support the daily activities/task of FOH/BOH
- Responsible in handling day-to-day operations and overseeing mise en place
- Follow instructions while handlings production and minimise food waste
- Practise and follow SOP
- Inventory checks from time to time
- Practice cleanliness, follow basic hygiene requirements and have good personal hygiene
- Oversee and ensure kitchen working area are always clean and tidy
- Ordering of ingredients & controlling inventory
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Responsible for your stations task, team player to assist the others when able to
- Able to maintain consistency and quality at all times
Experience: 1 year (preferred) or fresh graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
