Job Descriptions: -
- Support the company and various business units in all legal and business affairs including direct liaison with external counterparts whenever necessary.
- Arrange review, approval and signature of Agreements, Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, Letters and other documentation.
- Assist in the drafting of Resolutions.
- Assist to circulate documents for notarization, authentication, and legalization or apostille at Notary, SAL, and other relative authorities.
- Routing for review, signature and handling of R&D Centre-related contracts and agreements.
- Organize, manage and maintain storage, retrieval and archival of paper and electronic documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with partners and other stakeholders to schedule online and/or offline meetings. Circulate, monitor and track approval and signature progression via online program DocuSign.
- Coordinate or assist to coordinate legal issues in regions where the company operate
- Uploading and processing of approval for in-house online documentation approval system (SED).
- Assist Legal Head with coordination of statutory and management meetings.
- Legal administrative support and assistance with various ad-hoc projects.
- Upload, manage and maintain executed documentation onto shared drive.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Legal studies/Law and Management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Legal Administration, preferably prior working experience in MNC.
- Relevant corporate secretarial experience in law firms or corporate secretarial firms.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Malay would be an advantage.
- Efficient time management and planning skills.
- Good follow-through skills and strong attention to details.
- Basic understanding of laws and regulations in Singapore/Malaysia or other common law jurisdictions.
