Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and commercial support to the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Perform detailed variance analysis and deliver meaningful commentary on business performance
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting, including standard costing and inventory accounting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and group policies
- Partner with auditors during internal and external audits
- Continuously enhance reporting tools, financial models, and business processes
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, or CIMA) highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A and costing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in financial modelling, budgeting, and business analysis
- Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
