Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit reviews of customer loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with MAS and AML policies and guidelines.
- Audit new and existing block discounting loans according to the Block Discounting Policy.
- Assess clients' financial status, credit ratings, and related data for new and ongoing corporate loans, providing recommendations for credit proposals.
- Send letters and reminders to clients and guarantors requesting updated financial statements, income details, or other necessary information.
- Evaluate and report on the conduct and repayment capability of borrowers and their associated group of accounts.
- Monitor and report on changes in the structure or ownership of borrowing accounts.
- Assess and report on the current valuation of collateral and insurance coverage for secured assets.
- Follow up on any outstanding issues after conducting reviews.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience handling Credit Risk or Credit Review in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
