Responsibilities :
- Credit portfolio analysis and reporting, credit stress testing and model development to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Enhance and manage credit risk appetite framework that defines acceptable risk levels, aligns with strategic objectives.
- Perform credit risk analysis for new products to support business strategy.
- Planning and enhancement of credit risk management framework as a regional hub, focusing on implementing effectiveness across various APAC countries.
- Collaborate with relevant departments eg. planning department and credit department to achieve the above internal credit risk management planning and to meet regulatory requirements
Requirements :
- Degree or equivalent with experience in Financial Institution credit risk
- Strong Credit Risk Analysis with good understanding of key banking products
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and fluent in written and spoken English
- Team player and strong sense of ownership of outcomes
- Meticulous, with an eye for details
- Able to work under tight timelines and comfortable with cross-border interactions
