Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery
- Editing photos and videos and handling social media postings
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Must have experience managing social media and creating videos/photography
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Must able to work alternate Saturday
- Prior call centre experience would be an advantage
