Responsibilities
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
- Manage and drive our organization’s social media strategy, leveraging on social media to drive business growth and ensuring a consistent brand / image.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media/E-marketing strategy in alignment with Business Goals.
- Develop relevant and engaging content for advertising, print and digital media (print, direct mailers, newsletters, blog posts, social posts etc.)
- Coming up with new ideas to promote some interesting content.
- Conduct research on market trends, audience preferences and competitors, and user journey to drive engagements and conversions, and suggest content optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales team for promotion and pricing to be updated accurately.
- Day-to-day management of social media accounts. Address online enquiries and customer feedback.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Obtained at least a Diploma in preferably marketing or communications or related field.
- Good grasp of social media trends and practices.
- Background in social media management / content management is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Engine, and Facebook Ads will be advantage.
- Able to work independently and be a team player with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Positive attitude, creative and resourceful.
