Job Scope:
- Help customers with product questions, purchases, and after-sales support.
- Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with care.
- Accurately process, pack, and sort orders.
- Working effectively with team members to meet sales goals.
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls.
- Monitor invoicing accuracy and assist in sales missions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Approachable, professional, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Possesses good judgment to handle situations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
