Scope Of Work
- Assist passengers at counters with enquiries and bookings on transport arrangements.
- Provide accurate information on transport options, rates, and waiting times.
- Manage queues and ensure safe, smooth boarding at pick-up points.
- Advise passengers on alternative transport during peak periods.
Issue service forms and collect payments from drivers upon booking confirmation.
Requirements
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to use electronics devices e.g. tablets and walkie-talkies.
- Perform point of sales transactions.
- Customer centric and willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to converse in English.
- Willing to perform shift work – 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.
