Customer Service Administrator
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Tai Seng
Salary: $2300 - $2500
Job duties:
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
- Process sales order, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes.
- Follow-up and respond promptly on customer backorders, contracts, enquires and requests.
- Provide Administrative support, as and when required.
Requirements:
- IT Savvy (MS Office)
- Candidate with customer service experience will be advantageous
- Singaporean only
