We are looking for a Customer Service and Administration Manager.
Your tasks:
- Handle customer RFQs, quotations, and order processing for customers in Southeast Asia
- Place orders for necessary materials with INGUN’s headquarters in Germany and track shipments
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order-related issues
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order status
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order updates, inquiries, and after-sales support
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and to support business growth
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customer orders when needed
- Collaborate with the Finance department to manage invoicing and payment processing
- Assist in improving internal customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Your skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and order processing workflows
- Good understanding of international trade terms and processes, including import/export regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Thai are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or technical industries is advantageous
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and customers
- Ability to work independently while being part of a regional and global team
