Scope Of Work
· Assist passengers at counters with enquiries and bookings on transport arrangements.
· Provide accurate information on transport options, rates, and waiting times.
· Manage queues and ensure safe, smooth boarding at pick-up points.
· Advise passengers on alternative transport during peak periods.
· Issue service forms and collect payments from drivers upon booking confirmation.
Requirements
· Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to use electronics devices e.g. tablets and walkie-talkies.
· Perform point of sales transactions.
· Customer centric and willing to go the extra mile.
· Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to converse in English.
· Willing to perform shift work – 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
