What We Are Looking For:
- Handle general enquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction
- Follow up with clients on service requests, feedback, or after-sales support
- Maintain accurate customer records and support administrative tasks when needed
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients
- Support client engagement initiatives such as events, promotions, or campaigns
What We are Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
