Looking for Customer Service & Operations Assistant - Full-Time (Contract) / Internship

Jobscope:

• Attending to customers at our showroom

• Packing of orders

• Unpacking cargo shipment

• Quality checks of clothing & stock count

• Processing of exchanges and returns

• Provide support for ad-hoc duties as assigned (such as assisting in livestreams)
  

Full Time (Contract) / Internship Commitment Period:

- 3-month/6-month commitment: from mid Aug 2025 - mid Feb 2026 (6-month) / from mid Nov 2025 - mid Feb 2026 (3-month)

- 5 days a week (At least one weekend required during Nov - Feb period)

• Only Singaporeans/PRs are allowed
  

Requirement:

• Keen in fashion and willing to learn

• Independent, driven and sociable

• Keen on working in a quick pace / start-up environment
