We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at our premium tableware store. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases, maintain visual displays, manage stock levels, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Passion for tableware and attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilites:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting tableware that suit their needs, style and occasion
- Process sales transaction
- Maintain clean, well-organized, and visually appealing displays and shelves
- Replenish stock and perform inventory checks
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Product Knowledge to guide customer decisions.
- Assist to visual displays that align with the brand.
- Able to communicate clearly, friendly and active listening to assist customers
- Dependable, and collaborative team member who supports smooth store operations and contributes to a positive work environment.
