Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end creation and maintenance of cybersecurity and technology risk policies, standards, etc
- Manage control self-assessments, compliance attestation, deviation handling, and regulatory alignment across clusters and entities.
- Collaborate with various divisions and senior stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment of risk frameworks. Champion cyber risk awareness through campaigns, socialization efforts, and integration of risk controls into business operations.
Requirements
- At least a degree in Computer Science or certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CGEIT.
- Extensive Experience in Cybersecurity Governance
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance, with strong exposure to large-scale public or regulated environments. Demonstrated experience managing senior teams (10+ headcount) and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations.
