Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients’ inquiries on account-related and trading-related matters via multiple channels.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the accurate and timely execution of trades for clients, with a focus on futures trading.
- Perform other dealing functions such as risk assessment, margin monitoring, and trade reconciliation.
- Support key projects, including onboarding new products, platform enhancements, and process improvements.
- Partake in UATs as necessary.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Shift work will be required, including on weekends and public holidays (on a needs basis).
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity or role.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience or knowledge in futures trading, including order types, margin requirements, and risk management.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in customer service tools and software.
- Relevant CMFAS papers (for license application).
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
