Our client is a Singapore-based theatrical props maker providing one-stop in-house solutions with innovative costumes and merchandise that enhance brand experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Procurement & Operations to manage the timely collection, delivery, and transport of goods for daily production needs and other company-related matters.
- Prepare essential delivery documents, including Delivery Orders, Invoices (from Finance), Purchase Orders, and receiving forms.
- Plan and manage daily driving schedules, ensuring clear coordination and communication across departments.
- Assist in packing and transporting mascots, costumes, materials, and ensure items remain in good condition during transit.
- Support ad-hoc tasks such as sorting, arranging, light assembly, packing, or dismantling of items/racks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Provide basic communication with clients, assisting with simple delivery-related requests.
- Perform physical tasks involving the movement and lifting of materials (heavy lifting may be required).
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- GCE "N", "O" Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in logistics, driving, or general operations
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Highly disciplined, organized, and able to prioritize and manage delivery routes efficiently
- Safe driving habits and good awareness of road conditions
- Comfortable with using basic Microsoft Excel and email for administrative tasks
- Background in general operations, customer service, delivery, dispatch, packing, purchasing, or similar roles
Location: Kallang
Working hours: 5.5 days work week from 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
(OT may be required and will be compensated)
Salary: Up to $3,200 + performance bonus
