[What the role is]
Lead a team in planning and implementing strategies to engage member organisations and partners in the ecosystem to plan, develop and harness the capabilities and capacity of the social service agencies in meeting current and unmet/emerging needs in the sector.[What you will be working on]
Lead the team in delivering these strategies:
1. Reach out intentionally to more social service agencies (SSAs) and be the voice of member organisations by:
- Onboarding and offboarding of member organisations to ensure sector remains relevant and dynamic
- Profiling and analysing members feedback to influence policy, programme and resources to the social service sector
- Guiding the review of NCSS Act and Regulations, membership policies and processes to ensure relevance
2. Provide benefits that can optimise member organisations’ resources and increase NCSS’ value by:
- Collecting and studying data to draw insights on NCSS member organisations’ needs
- Facilitating demand aggregation approaches to provide useful benefits to member organisations
- Woking with partners (e.g., Ministries and landlords) to revamp spaces under Community, Sports and Facilities Scheme and other premises to enable service integration and shared one-stop hubs for service users and member organisations
