About the role
You lead the delivery of effective and efficient Human Resource (HR) Administration and Information Technology (IT) processes support for MINDEF employees and SAF units. You also plan, integrate and implement the centralised concept for delivering corporate finance as well as procurement and logistics services across the entire MINDEF.
What you will be working on
- Manage HR administrative processes
- Oversee corporate support services
- Lead in the design, development, and continuous enhancement of a new digital product - Employee Customer Relation Management System (ERMS) that provides employee services workflow management and data analytics
- Drive close collaboration with the Whole-of-Government (WoG) agencies, MINDEF policy departments and SAF units

What we are looking for
- Education in Business, HR or IT is preferred
- At least 15 years of experience in HR/corporate services, with 10 years in managerial role
- Strong leadership capabilities and organisational acumen
- Proven ability to adapt to change, build relationships, influence stakeholders, and guide teams through periods of uncertainty
- Good project management, facilitation and vendor management skills
- Strong desire for continual improvement and design thinking ability
- Technologically savvy, able to implement data analytics and digital initiatives
