What You’ll Do
- Drive Incentive Campaigns
- Collaborate with team leads to understand Roadshow performance goals.
- Propose, design, and support field campaigns that inspire hustle, friendly rivalry, and achievement.
- Align visuals with key periods (weekly, monthly, or flash challenges).
Create Leaderboards That Pop
- Design exciting leaderboard graphics that reflect accurate team rankings.
- Keep visuals clear, competitive, and fresh — whether it’s a superhero theme or a seasonal takeover.
- Maintain templates for different Roadshow teams and campaign types.
- Build Internal Hype and Recognition
- Craft shoutouts, reward teasers, and internal updates that celebrate wins and fuel motivation.
- Design fun, branded visuals that keep our team culture vibrant and energised.
- Brainstorm with team leads on creative campaign ideas and themes.
Marketing Communication
- Write engaging, upbeat messages that explain campaign mechanics clearly and concisely.
- Push out updates through internal channels such as WhatsApp or email.
- Keep internal audiences in the loop — and in the mood to compete.
What You Bring
- Solid design experience with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- A creative mind with an eye for both visual flair and strategic messaging.
- Ability to interpret performance data and present it in fun, digestible formats.
- Strong copywriting skills for casual, on-brand internal communications.
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple timelines.
- Bonus: Prior experience supporting sales, field, or roadshow teams.
