Job Description:
We are seeking a curious, creative, and passionate Digital Marketing Associate who thrives on storytelling that connects and converts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand objectives
- Craft compelling, authentic content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and conversion
- Conduct trend research and apply insights to enhance campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and others
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and voice
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to ongoing marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics software
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for storytelling and design
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to keep up with digital trends
