Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Professional, you'll elevate The Hey Co.'s online presence and storytelling. You'll drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and growth across our diverse F&B concepts in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, email, content, etc.).
- Craft engaging, culturally resonant content tailored to each brand’s identity.
- Manage paid advertising (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), optimizing for high ROI.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to track performance, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with outlet teams to align digital efforts with in-venue experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies in F&B and digital marketing.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.
- Proven expertise across SEO, SEM, social platforms, email, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with common marketing tools.
- Exceptional storytelling ability and cultural fluency in Singapore’s dynamic dining scene.
- Team-player with adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a passion for elevating guest experiences.
