Responsibilities:
- Drive process analysis, reengineering, and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with internal departments to define the impact of new workflows
- Translate business needs into digital solutions with clear operational benefits
- Lead change management and end-user enablement (e.g., training, adoption support)
- Develop business cases and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate digital initiatives with external vendors and internal teams
- Optimise digital visibility through effective SEO management strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital transformation and process improvement
- Track record of improving workflows, simplifying complex operations, and supporting implementation
- Proficient in AI, enterprise software, automation tools
- Strong project management and documentation skills
