Job Profile Summary:

As a key member of the Partnership Distribution Strategic Projects team, you’ll lead the design of innovative solutions, tackle complex challenges, and shape the roadmap for future digital initiatives. Your immediate focus will be on revolutionizing our financial planning and point-of-sale platforms—driving feature ideation and development, while managing stakeholders and change to ensure widespread adoption across our partner network.
Job Description:
- Support team in implementing new platforms and capabilities, as well as maintaining current distribution platforms
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, understanding of business requirements, and prioritization of the backlog
- Facilitate requirement discussions and review user stories to ensure business requirements are accurately captured
- Oversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews and sign-offs, ensuring operational readiness for each release.
- Document and prioritise identified defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Support in preparing training materials and communications for new launches / releases to ensure business readiness and drive adoption
- Monitor project progress, provide updates, and escalate risks and issues as needed, following up on actionable items and mitigations.
Who we are looking for:
- Prior experience in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Good working experience in Ms Office Suite, JIRA and Confluence
- Innovative and collaborative mindset
- Hands-on and accountable
- Practical and fast learner in a fast-paced environment
Working Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferred
Professional Qualifications :
- Any certification in project management or digital transformation management preferred but not mandatory
Education:
- Degree in Business or related fields of study
