Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of dim sum items
- Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum
- Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards
- Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred
- Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage
- Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- 5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday, 0715hrs to 1730hrs)
