As the Director, you will be part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the board. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic growth with day-to-day operations, while driving visitor numbers, revenue, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ticket sales and revenue through direct sales, online channels and partnerships with tourism stakeholders.
- Build relationships with travel agents, schools, tour operators, OTAs, and corporate clients to secure group and bulk bookings.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness and attract new audiences.
- Oversee the upkeep of exhibits, AR installations, and facilities by implementing preventive maintenance, coordinating timely repairs and upgrades, and ensuring swift resolution of issues to maintain high-quality visitor experiences.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and ticketing to ensure consistent service quality for excellent guest experience.
- Lead enhancements in visitor interaction, leveraging AR and immersive storytelling to create standout experiences.
- Manage and mentor both full-time and part-time staff, setting performance standards and fostering a service-oriented culture.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting, and cost management to ensure financial sustainability. Strengthen Trickeye’s positioning within Singapore’s competitive attractions market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- At least 8–10 years in senior roles (e.g., operations, general management)
- Strong business acumen; proven record in budget planning, P&L oversight, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
