What You Will Do
Provide leadership to subject matter experts in deploying CORE principles and OpX practices across AMO Asia Pacific, aligned with business strategy, the oneRTX vision, and future MRO value stream development.
Develop, execute strategic & tactical plans to advance operational excellence, elevate process maturity, and improve site-level performance.
Contribute to long-range planning by identifying capability gaps and operational improvement opportunities critical to future MRO competitiveness.
Transform AMO APAC & Turkey into a high-performance Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations based on Operational Excellence (OpX) principles and latest technology for automation, connectivity, and intelligence.
Spearhead the technology development at the Singapore Technology Accelerator (STA) in collaboration with ASE for technology insertion to APACT AMO sites.
Drive key strategic projects to support Aftermarket Operations (AMO) Technology goals and regional/sites growth in alignment to overall business objectives.
Provide leadership and expertise in the execution and operational success for industrial programs across AMO Asia Pacific & Türkiye (APACT), aligned with business strategy and standardized framework.
Provide support to execute DAT implementation and DSP repair introduction projects, facilitating infrastructure and property transactions with RTX Real Estate, ensuring compliance with legal, environmental, health, safety, and sustainability regulations.
Develop and recommend multi-year digital transformation and automation roadmap, aligned with enterprise strategies and business outcomes.
Define, lead and operationalize digital solutions across business units.
Drive digital system and data maturity to unlock and enable enhanced business intelligence.
Support RTX and Pratt & Whitney leadership, and key stakeholders to drive alignment of OneRTX efforts in relation to RTX-EDB MOU for Pratt & Whitney initiatives in Singapore.
Qualifications You Must Have
MBA / Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or technically related field or business.
12 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, finance, or business development.
Ability to work with all levels of management, personnel and customers with the key skills in project management, and general business and operational analytics.
Demonstrated success in operations management, program management, engineering, communications, customer support functions, and supply chain management, preferably in the Aviation industry.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, critical thinking skills, business discernment, and ability to innovate.
Strong written/verbal communication skills and demonstrated industry insight.
CORE Accreditation and or LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt.
Demonstrate ethical leadership and compliance.
