Job Responsibilities
- Handle and ensure timely delivery of letters, documents, and other items.
- Collecting packages or documents from designated locations and delivering them to their intended recipients.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery, signatures, and delivery times.
- Assist in providing chauffeur services to directors, company guests and other assigned personnel when required. Attend to any other duties assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” level, least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Must possess Class 3 and Class 2 driving license with a safe driving record.
- Possess own motorbike is required.
- Familiar with city routes, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
- Hands-on experience in office admin/mail/despatch work.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
