- Prepare and finalize artwork for various signage types (e.g. indoor/outdoor, wayfinding, safety, vehicle wraps, lightboxes)
- Ensure accurate scaling, layout alignment, and bleed/crop marks according to production specifications
- Create visual mock-ups and technical drawings to guide production and installation teams
- Liaise with sales and project teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into production-ready designs
- Adjust artwork for different materials (e.g. vinyl, acrylic, aluminium, fabric) and printing methods (UV, solvent, screen, etc.)
- Revise artwork based on feedback and ensure brand and visual consistency across all signage formats
- Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and client artwork
- Conduct pre-press checks and troubleshoot artwork issues before printing or cutting Keep up to date with signage trends, materials, and printing techniques to ensure high-quality output
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of layout, scaling, color modes (CMYK/RGB), and file preparation for large format printing
- Knowledge of signage production processes and materials (e.g., vinyl, acrylic, aluminium, LED)
- Familiarity with plotter, laser cutting, and large-format printing specifications is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and create accurate mock-ups
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in alignment, measurements, and finishing margins
- Good communication skills to liaise with project managers, sales teams, and fabricators
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in signage, print production, or a related industry is an advantage
