Job Description
As an E-Commerce Account Manager at Jiji.sg, you will take ownership of our online store accounts and oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role combines strategic planning, platform management, and operational coordination to ensure our marketplace presence is optimized for growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize official stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns and marketing activities to drive sales.
- Upload and maintain accurate product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and visual content.
- Monitor sales performance, campaign results, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic online platform management.
- Bonus: Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for marketing visuals.
