Job Description
- Process eCommerce orders, create shipping labels and communicate shipping instructions to logistics partners on a daily basis
- Track, trace and update the statuses of daily outgoing shipments
- Reply order-related customer inquiries
- Purchase shipping insurance
- Maintain precise, complete and organized payment records with logistics partners by verifying that invoices contain accurate information, description of goods or services received and pricing
- Reconcile eCommerce sales monthly financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track inventory levels and analyze SKU level detail to identify rate of sales
- Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily inventory movements and counts
- Assist in adhoc assignments when necessary
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years of work experience
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- A highly meticulous working style. An eye for detail and the ability to quickly notice discrepancies
- The self-initiative to do the necessary without being prompted by others
- A dynamic work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic bookkeeping and arithmetic abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with colleagues and partners based in China
Able to commence work within short notice
