Work Requirements
- Frequent visits to restaurant locations to monitor food quality and service standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth supply of ingredients and materials Focus on peak hours to ensure smooth on-site operations
Working Hours
5 days per week, 5 hours per day
Choose between Lunch Shift (11:00–16:00) or Dinner Shift (18:00–23:00) (negotiable)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of restaurant outlets and ensure sales targets are met
- Provide on-site guidance to kitchen and front-of-house staff, optimizing workflows
- Participate in and supervise food presentation and plating quality
- Support the implementation of new dishes and promotional activities
- Handle customer complaints and special requests
Job Requirements
- Chef background preferred (Chinese/Western/Japanese or other international cuisines), with hands-on kitchen management experience
- Familiar with restaurant operations and supply chain management Strong leadership and on-site problem-solving skills
Compensation
Part-time probation period: SGD 1,600–2,000/month
Upon confirmation: Base salary + Profit-sharing mechanism (specific terms negotiable)
