- An ideal opportunity for experienced Business Analysts, Solution Architects, or Technical Leads ready to step into a Technical Delivery Manager role, focused on eCommerce enhancement delivery for a global consumer electronics brand.
- Manage an in-house team (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QAs) from a global delivery center in India, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of ongoing enhancements and support for the client's eCommerce platform
- Act as the primary delivery liaison with the client’s PMO and business teams, tracking progress, addressing queries, and aligning on priorities.
- Lead Agile delivery cycles. Including sprint planning, workload & requirement sizing, daily standups, and backlog grooming to ensure consistent, sprint-based output.
- Oversee and coordinate release readiness activities, including regression testing, UAT, defect triage, and deployment support, in collaboration with Solution Architects.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint) and provide regular delivery status updates and project reporting to the client.
- Provide hands-on support for requirements when needed, including drafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Identify delivery gaps and drive improvements aligned with both client expectations and team capabilities.
- Support additional management requests as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Delivery Experience.
- Sound Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Web Technologies & REST API, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT are preferred.
- Good to have SAP ERP Modules Exposure (Finance, Logistics, Order fulfillment), Adobe AEM or Other CMS backround
- Consumer Electronics or Similar Domain Knowledge
