Role Summary:
We are looking for a technical project manager to oversee the end-to-end project timelines and completion for our various projects in the SEA Region. The technical project will be responsive for oversseing the application development of different projects and solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Scrum Master and Project Manager for multiple project streams, overseeing the Agile Scrum processes and ensuring efficient delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Directly manage the QA team, ensuring timely testing and quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Generate and distribute daily status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, impediments, and upcoming tasks.
- Actively lead & participate in project activities, contributing insights and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion process improvements and best practices within the Agile framework.
- Oversee end-to-end app solution development and it's process
Requirements:
- Experience Level: At least 9 years of project management experience
- Experience in software & app development projects
- Have experience managing projects within or for the governmental sector
Skills:
- Technical Background Preferred
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and testing outcomes
