Preparation of Tender submission & project budgets
Monitoring of procurement process
Preparation of cash flow forecast
Valuing completed works, filing of progress claims and all other necessary contract documents administration works
Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims
Monitoring of procurement process
Attendance of site/technical meetings
Evaluation of price comparison summary
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre and post-contract duties
Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel & Power Point
Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Drafting knowledge using AutoCAD is an added advantage
