Key Responsibilities
- Drive client engagement through targeted outreach, follow-ups and relationship-building efforts
- Understand client needs and priorities to deliver tailored recommendations and support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
- Track and report on engagement metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Represent the brand at community events, webinars and client education sessions
