About the Role
As an Enrichment Centre Manager at MindChamps Enrichment Academy, you will take on a strategic leadership role to drive the success of your centre(s). Your main priorities will be increasing enrolments and delivering an exceptional parent and student (Champ) experience . You will lead a team of operations staff and trainers, ensuring smooth centre operations, quality programme delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Enrolments (Primary KPI)
- Lead and manage all enrolment activities – parent consultations, tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups or renewals.
- Develop lead generation strategies with the marketing team.
- Monitor enrolment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Building (Primary KPI)
- Be the main contact for parent engagement and communication.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students (Champs).
- Foster a positive and professional customer service culture.
- Encourage positive Google reviews and parent testimonials.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and guide the team to meet service and performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and reviews.
- Support staff in problem-solving and daily operational challenges.
4. Centre Operations & Programme Quality (Secondary KPI)
- Oversee daily centre operations to ensure smooth class and event execution.
- Uphold Champion Gold Standards for programme quality.
- Ensure student safety, readiness of teaching spaces, and proper learning material preparation.
- Oversee payroll verification and other operational documentation.
5. Administrative Reporting & Financial Tracking
- Maintain accurate enrolment records, payments, and invoicing.
- Submit regular performance and operational reports to the Centre Director.
6. Other Duties
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Centre Director or Senior Centre Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the enrichment/education sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role .
- Strong track record in sales, customer service, and centre operations .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
- Willing to work weekends and evenings .
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Passionate about education and enriching students’ learning experiences.
