Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse drawings and specifications
- Understand contractual terms and conditions
- Provide detailed quantity take offs
- Assemble accurate estimates and proposals
- Organize sub-contractors an suppliers' quotations
- Formulate cost break down from estimates and project progress
- Complete Budgeting and Scheduling for projects
- Monitor progress, requisition change orders and identify any potential risks
- Maintain relationship with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients Prepare quotation proposal to clients
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
