Job Description:
- Assist in identifying new business leads and opportunities.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their event needs.
- Support / Assist in pitching event concepts and closing deals.
- Assist in preparing proposal decks, quotations, and presentations.
- Work with creative and production teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
- Help present proposals to clients in meetings or over calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after client confirmation.
- Join site visits, client meetings, and on-ground setup as needed.
- Ensure all promised deliverables are met to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Event Management or equivalent Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience
