Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end operational activities, including vendor liaison, interdepartmental liaison, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth execution of the event.
- Plan and monitor the operations budget with KPI, including tracking expenses for equipment rentals, logistics, and manpower.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies, to align on event requirements, licensing, and permits.
- Ensure events comply with local regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements (e.g., SFA, SCDF, SPF permits).
- Develop a Gantt Chart timeline and a weekly PCG deck to support the project management, such as a weekly update to internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of drafting AUTOCAD 2D floor plan, 3D sketch up (or equivalent software)
- Expected to work on the weekends (welcome to events life)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in one or more of the following:
- Events Management
- Project Management
- Design (Interior/Spatial/Industrial Design)
Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of event operations or project management experience, ideally in:
- Pop-up markets, lifestyle shows, festivals, B2C activations, or youth-focused programming
- Working with government agencies (e.g. SLA, SFA, SCDF, SPF) for event compliance
