Project Manager - HQ Kallang
Contract Period: Immediate till November 2025.

- Plan and run conferences and exhibitions from start to finish
- Create and manage schedules for each project
- Communicate with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and attendees about what they need
- Work with the operations team to plan logistics like setup, event days, and cleanup
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the event and keep attendees engaged
- Manage event registration, track data, and create reports
- Lead regular team meetings to share updates and plan next steps
- Handle problems quickly during the event
- Write reports and review the event with the team and the client afterward Make sure everything meets the client’s goals and follows brand guidelines
Requirement:
- 5 years of event planning experiences
- Diploma in any field
- able to work late if needed.
