Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and organised individual to support our events and operational needs. This role will take charge of our marketing operations (non-digital), manage product distribution, and oversee event logistics. You will be at the centre of ensuring that our products and events are delivered seamlessly to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations (Non-Digital)
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, posters, event collaterals).
- Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, and suppliers.
- Ensure brand consistency across physical touchpoints and promotional activities.
- Support corporate client orders, from preparing customised products to coordinating branded packaging.
2. Product Distribution & Logistics
- Oversee product packing, storage, inventory, and fulfilment for clients and partners.
- Manage orders for both corporate and event-based distribution.
- Handle logistics coordination (couriers, deliveries, bulk orders).
- Ensure smooth operations for customised or large-scale orders.
3. Events Management
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, from preparation to on-site execution.
- Liaise with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure all requirements are met.
- Manage event setup, registration, participants’ materials, and post-event wrap-up.
- Support team members in ensuring events run smoothly and professionally.
4. General Operations Support
- Maintain clear operational workflows and documentation.
- Assist the team with day-to-day coordination across events and distribution.
- Take initiative in solving logistical challenges with efficiency and creativity.
Key Qualities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, from packing products to running on-site event logistics.
- Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with vendors, partners, and clients.
Education & Experience
- Open to candidates with ITE, diploma, or degree qualifications.
- Fresh graduates or students with relevant internship/part-time experience are welcome.
- Prior experience in events, logistics, or operations is an advantage but not required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks (packing, moving stock, event setup).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (for scheduling, simple reports, inventory tracking).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
