WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Distribution targets, initiatives and influence a group of Agency Sales Managers or Directors
- Develop, support and achieve Distribution and Recruitment targets and initiatives
- Develop and recommend appropriate initiatives to drive and achieve sales targets, business plan, and various project KPIs.
- Connect and influence key group of Sales Directors/Managers
WHO YOU ARE
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and remain agile in a fast-paced environment
- Possess M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI and CMFAS papers would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of financial products and possess sales experience within the financial services industry
- Prior experience in engaging and managing agency team or agency managers preferred
- Resourceful and a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
