Key Responsibilities
- Review reinsurance documents (new offers, renewals, slips, and endorsements) and process policy premiums
- Liaise with underwriters, cedants and brokers to follow up on pending policy premium closings
- Monitor and coordinate outstanding matters with other departments
- Perform audits on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Consolidate and prepare monthly reports and submissions
- Support any other projects or duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder and above; 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in (re)Insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, with strong numerical skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks independently.
- A good team player, well-organized and proactive.
