What You'll Own & Lead
- Take the Helm : Oversee full back-of-house operations, from prep to service, in a high-energy kitchen.
- Set the Standard : Execute and elevate a menu rooted in authentic Mala and Sichuan traditions. Every dish carries your signature.
- Mentor & Motivate : Lead a tight crew of 6 kitchen assistants, nurturing skills, enforcing discipline, and keeping the team sharp.
- Watch the Numbers : Control inventory, reduce waste, and keep costs tight without compromising quality.
- Champion Quality & Safety : Maintain rock-solid hygiene, prep standards, and consistency.
- Bridge the Kitchen & Floor : Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service every time.
- Innovate Without Losing the Soul : Keep the classics alive while pushing boundaries with new creations.
- ✅ 3+ years in a leadership role in Chinese or specifically Mala/Sichuan kitchens
- ✅ Proven track record managing kitchen ops, teams, and costs
- ✅ Sharp communicator, calm under fire, and knows how to command a team without ego
- ✅ Deep love for bold, spicy flavors and traditional techniques
- ✅ Humble, hungry, and driven to build something great
- Location : In-person at our flagship outlet (Central/North-East region)
- Work Schedule : 6-day work week | Fixed off-day | ~10 hours/day including break
